Deconstruction Team Leader
This is a full-time position, 35-40 hours per week. Shift is 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday. Deconstruction Team Leaders are responsible for for overseeing and managing all aspects of site specific operations, including personnel, material management, logistics, task sequence, safety. Position summary: Maintain an organized material inventory and data system. Research, catalog and price material according to the Re-use Hawai’i Warehouse pricing guidelines, strategic pricing agenda, and the proper procedures within the inventory management system. Participate as a team-member to achieve and promote a safe, healthy, productive, cohesive, and positive workplace.

Deconstruction Crew members work as a team to safely and efficiently disassemble buildings and structures, salvaging materials for reuse and recycling. The position is full-time M-F from 7:00am-4:00pm and will take place at project job sites island wide. Qualified applicants must have reliable transportation. Click here for a full description
The Material Processor position is to work with the incoming salvaged lumber by preparing and documenting it for reuse. The position is full time or part time M-F from 9:00am - 4:00pm. This is a great position for students. All work is performed at the Re-use Hawaii Retail Warehouse in Kakaako. Qualified applicants should have proficiency with basic hand tools, be able to lift up to 50 lb. frequently, and be able to perform repetitive physical work. Click here for a full description
